A Sports massage treatment is focused on specific areas of the body where we have pain and tension. Following a full postural analysis, a variety of massage and stretching techniques are applied to work deeper into the areas of tension.

Gong baths are used as deep healing meditation through the use of sound vibrations. This is perfect for further relaxation post-massage.
